The following Flute Frenzy COVID policy is subject to change. Please check back before each rehearsal session.
Our Saviour's Lutheran Church uses the CDC Community Levels to determine their Masking Guidelines. While Flute Frenzy is using OSLC's facilities, we will follow their guidelines.
You can check the current CDC Community Level for James City County below:
Based on the CDC Community Levels, masking requirements are as follows:

If we are in the Green/ Low level, masking is optional.

If we are in the Yellow/ medium level, masks are strongly encouraged.

If we are in the Orange/ high level, masks are required.
In addition, other Flute Frenzy policies are as follows:
All members entering the building must be vaccinated for COVID-19 (This includes anyone accompanying any Flute Frenzy member).
We will continue to take extra precautions by spacing a little farther from each other than normal during rehearsals.
We request that you attend via Zoom if you are sick, testing for symptoms, and/or have had recent contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID

If we are in the Orange/ high level, Win-D-Fenders will be required for all members attending in person.
